Buttercream Basics, Frosting a Cake | Sunday, September 13th, 2015 | 12-3pm
This class is the perfect beginner’s guide to buttercream. After watching and learning how a fresh batch is made, students will be guided on how to masterfully frost a 6″ double layer cake. In addition to the skills you acquire, your very own buttercream decorations will delicately cover your gold or chocolate cake upon completion of the class.
The class is appropriate for adults and teens only.
