My goal was to find something that Needham didn’t already have….and something that Needham needed. The concept of Treat Cupcake Bar was born. A place where kids and adults alike can come in, sit down, and enjoy the best cupcake around!”

I have loved cake since I was a little girl. It represents some of the most special days in our lives. For me, making cupcakes combines my artistic skills and my belief that its the small things in life that make us happy. I left graduate school to pursue cupcakes and have never looked back. I can’t tell you why adding sparkles to chocolate or making a blowfish out of buttercream rocks my world, but it does. Its what I love, and I’m very lucky.

I love design. And, I love baking. I was working in Manhattan as a Freelance Fashion Designer and spending my free time baking cookies and breads when I learned about Treat Cupcake Bar. I saw being a part of this team as an opportunity to combine my design background, love of baking, creativity and enthusiasm. Without hesitation I left New York and jumped into the cupcake world. We wanted to develop cupcake parties, and, since I had been planning my own birthday parties since the age of 2, that seemed the perfect place for me to start!
